Inclusive HR & Strategic Hiring

Welcome to the course

Welcome to Inclusive HR & Strategic Hiring: Future-Ready Talent Systems for All Kinds of Minds by 🟠 the neurovision group.

This programme is built for leaders, HR teams and hiring managers who want to recruit, support and retain a workforce that reflects the real world: cognitively diverse, human and full of potential.

Whether you’re here for strategy, for tools, or simply to understand people better, we’re glad you’re here.

How this course works

This is a self-paced, modular learning experience. You can move through the content in order or dip into the parts that matter most for your role.

There are three types of learning throughout the course:

1. Core lessons

Each module contains written lessons that break down practical concepts in a clear, strengths-based way. These lessons are grounded in real workplace scenarios, research, and our People • Process • Place approach.

2. Practical videos

Some lessons include short instructional videos. These show you how to apply concepts in real settings, from inclusive interviewing to onboarding, workflow design and workplace adjustments.

3. Insight videos

Other lessons include short insight or lived-experience videos. These are not instructional, they offer perspective on what neurodiversity can feel like in environments that weren’t built with different nervous systems in mind.

We include both because meaningful inclusion is not just technical, it’s relational. You need the practices and the insight.

What to expect as you learn

As you move through the modules, you can expect:

✔ strategic framing (no “what is ND?” awareness modules)
✔ modern future-of-work context
✔ strengths-based perspectives, not deficit models
✔ tools that support wellbeing, retention, performance and compliance
✔ examples of good and poor practice (so you can benchmark)
✔ pointers to further learning (whitepapers, blogs, workshops)

This course doesn’t ask you to become an expert overnight — it helps you make meaningful progress quickly.

Learning at your own pace

You’re encouraged to work through this at a pace that suits you. There are no deadlines, no fixed schedules, and no “right way” to move through the content.

You may choose to:

  • read first, watch later
  • watch first, reflect later
  • complete a module per week
  • or dive into the lessons most relevant to your current challenges

All approaches are valid.

The workbook

At the end of the course you’ll receive a downloadable workbook. This includes:

  • reflection prompts
  • audit questions
  • framing exercises
  • practical checklists
  • 30/60/90-day inclusion planning tools

The workbook lets you turn insight into action in your own organisation.
