4) payments and checkout data (important)
We use Kajabi’s checkout and payment features, including kajabi payments and any additional payment methods you enable (for example, “buy now pay later” options such as klarna). Kajabi also supports separate payment gateways depending on your setup.
we do not store your full card details. Payment information is handled securely by our payment providers. We receive confirmation and records needed to deliver your purchase (e.g., purchase status, transaction references, refund status).
5) who we share your information with
We only share information where necessary to operate our services, for example:
- kajabi (hosting our website, courses, community, forms, and email delivery)
- payment providers you choose at checkout (including kajabi payments and any enabled methods such as klarna)
- analytics within Kajabi (kajabi analytics)
- professional advisers (accountants, legal) where necessary
- regulators/authorities if legally required
These providers act as “processors” or independent controllers depending on the service. We only share what is needed for the specific purpose.
6) international transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) to protect your information.
7) how long we keep your information (retention)
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above:
- marketing subscribers: until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent, or ask us to delete your details (we may also periodically remove inactive contacts)
- course/community accounts: while you maintain an account or access, plus a reasonable period afterwards for support, auditing and dispute handling
- financial records: typically up to 6 years to meet UK tax/accounting expectations
- support communications: typically up to 24 months after resolution
If we cannot give a fixed period in a particular case, we use criteria such as legal obligations, dispute risk, and whether you still need access/support.

You have rights over your personal data, including:
